SOSHANGUVE BASED GOSPEL artist Tinah Bodigelo of Extension 8C in Soshanguve has released her second album. The new ten-track album Ke nna yo Morena is arranged and produced by Piet Nyunda and composed by Tinah Bodigelo.
It contains traditional gospel hit songs like Ha kena pelaelo, Re tshepile wena, Tlong reyeng, Re ya thaba, Halempotsa, Thuma mina, Teng sefapanong, Wa makatsa and Emmanuele.
In an interview, Tinah said she has worked hard to release her second album which is the best compared to the first album Emmanuel released in 2008.
“I have decided to drop another album Ke nna yo Morena as a token of appreciation to my God for being there with me during difficult times when I lost my husband in 2007. This is the best album for those who need to revive their inner spirit and have soul food.
“All my songs are bringing my fans next to God and they are good for Christians and non-Christians because they revive the inner spirit. I have worked with Piet Nyundu in the studio and he did a great job of cooking the best beats for my music,” said Tinah.
She grew up in a church and is a staunch member of the ZCC female choir Soshanguve for more than two decades and she learns more thing every day because she has passion and love for music.
The new album Ke nna yo Morena is getting airplay at national and community radio stations around the country.
She has performed at community events, funerals, gospel festivals, cultural imbizo and other events in Soshanguve, Pretoria, Mokopane, Mabopane, Atteridgeville, Hammanskraal and other areas around Tshwane, Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
